Confirming your email completes registration. Additional news is optional and requires separate consent. You may unsubscribe from reminders and news using the link in our messages. We do not sell participant data. Security and service providers Cloudflare provides hosting, our participant database, email delivery and Turnstile bot protection. Turnstile processes technical browser/device and connection information, including IP addresses, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Our application uses temporary hashed rate-limit identifiers. Cloudflare may process information on its global network; our campaign database was provisioned in the Asia-Pacific region. Messages sent to hello@oneworldmoment.com are currently forwarded to an operator-controlled Gmail inbox; Google processes those support messages. Do not include sensitive information in support messages. Cookies and sharing We use a necessary sign-in cookie for up to 30 days and a language preference cookie. Sharing buttons contact the selected platform only when you use them; its own privacy rules then apply. Public referral links contain an invitation code, not your email address. The public campaign counter combines a configured campaign baseline with new verified registrations; it is not a count of verified people. Published country/theme statistics require a minimum group size. Purposes and legal bases We process information to deliver participation and messages you request, protect the service against abuse, and meet applicable obligations. Where the GDPR applies, these purposes rely respectively on Article 6(1)(b), legitimate security interests under Article 6(1)(f), and Article 6(1)(c); optional news uses consent under Article 6(1)(a). Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. International processing may occur in Thailand, the United States and other service-provider locations, subject to applicable transfer requirements. Retention and your choices We retain participation and consent records while needed to operate the campaign, manage your preferences, resolve requests or meet applicable obligations. Verification links expire after 24 hours and sign-in sessions after 30 days; expired tokens are periodically removed. You can export and delete your participation through your signed-in dashboard, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where available. You may complain to the relevant data-protection authority. No purchase is required to register. This notice covers the countdown registration; any later paid or AI features require their own information before activation.
